Pei Heatherly: Financial aid is given to people with low income, they ask for your income tax information, etc etc. but not anything information regarding your criminal background (if that is the correct term). if you are arrested, i dont think that will apply. you still will receive financial aid.
Chet Nozick: not sure really. Being arrested for something minor should not hurt you to much. However, I am not so sure about resisting arrest for something major.
Sunshine Holets: you will still be eligible. The only question about a record is related to drugs, not alcohol.
Lita Thammorongsa: Yes, but you may not be eligible to go to that school. Check with admissions first, then your advisor. The type of financial aid you get may change depending on its prerequisites.
