Darwin Ecton: hello ! im a vegan too. there are actually more vegan companies out there than we know of but there are also lines that are not exclusively vegan that don't test on animals and DO have several vegan products. one tip that will take you a long way is emailing every company that you are even remotely interested in and ask them if their products are tested on animals and if they have any vegan items. im just getting into makeup myself and i have emailed like 10 companies in the last two days. lol just go to the website and click on the contact ! link and usually there will be a mini form for you to ask questions/post comments and you put in your email and they will get back to you. some got back to me the next day. here are some resources for you. Urban Decay - does not test on animals; has a large selection of vegan itemshttp://www.urbandecay.com/vegan.cfmMAC is not tested on animals and has some vegan items i believe. they won't publish a list but if you pick out certain products and list them in your message they will respond telling you if the ingredients are vegan or not in those specific products. Bare Minerals does not test on animals and has a couple vegan options. They have a long list of items that aren't vegan though so email them and they will send you the list. their mascaras have beeswax in them and many eye colors and blushes have carmine in them. the soft focus brushes are the only vegan ones. still worth checking out. kiss my face is all vegan i believe. they are mostly body care products but they ! do have tinted moisturizer and some color tubes for use on lip! s, eyes, cheeks. http://www.kissmyface.com/productpage.htmle.l.f. is an extremely cheap line and it is all vegan. surprisingly, if you look all over youtube and read the reviews from users on their site, they have gotten good reviews. some people don't like it obviously but im not kidding like 80% of the videos ive seen and comments ive read say that most products they have tried work well. there are kits at target but a lot of it can only be bought online. i hear their shipping takes forever but just be patient. oh! they also have vegan nail polish. plus. im going to order some of their products soon. seriously they are so cheap its worth just buying a load of stuff and trying it. their brushes in the studio line get good reviews as well. http://www.eyeslipsface.com/homenomiss has good nail polish too! http://www.nomiss.com/nailpolish.htmlcoastal scents is a good brand. not completely vegan, but some of their products are. they dont test on animals. again you have to get t! his online. they are known for their finished makeup palettes. im waiting for the response on whether or not the palettes are vegan (read ingredients and im pretty sure they are but i need to be sure) but i think their mineral makeup is mostly vegan. people love their palettes most thoughhttp://www.coastalscents.com/cfwebstore/index.cfm?...beauty without cruelty is vegan. http://www.beautywithoutcruelty.com/index2.phpi think afterglow is mostly vegan with the exception of their Organic Lip Love Lipstick, Organic Pencil Lip Liner, Organic Pencil Eye Liner and Pure Soul Mascara. the rest is vegan. they get good reviews as well. oh and their brushes are all vegan. http://www.afterglowcosmetics.com/zuzu luxe is supposed to work well. its all vegan. the company its from is vegan as well - gabriel cosmetics. i heard someone say their lipstick is the best they tried and i saw a good review on their dual powder foundation. http://www.gabrielcosmeticsinc.com/index.cfm?categ...for s! ome reason all the colors are not posted on the site for the powder fou! ndation. you can get them here though:http://www.veganessentials.com/catalog/dual-presse...origins has skin products. it is a vegan line. i saw one user refer to their Zero Oil to use under primer before foundation to get good oil control for oily skin. they have makeup as well. use the website and check store locator. should be at macys maybe nordstrom too.i just emailed a line called Everyday Minerals. it looks vegan but i emailed just to be sure! i have seen some good reviews on it as a cheaper alternative to bare minerals. hoping they either are vegan/ have vegan options because you get a free sample pack (comes in diff colors) and all their products come in cheap sample sizes. i think you can get one free sample with every new purchase - the four packs or any sample item. http://www.everydayminerals.com/store/try-me-free....email all companies but to save you some time a lot of companies are listed at caringconsumer .com google everything and email all companies even ! if its just a lip gloss that you like. email them then make a file and save the replies in the same place. finally GO TO YOUTUBE!! you can find makeup reviews on almost anything. other lines you can check out on your own: benefit, lush, someone told me to check out Faces or Mary Kay. good luck babe!...Show more

Danette Slotnick: i ld recommendurban decay !there makeup is beautiful and its abit more pricey than the norm but none of there products are tested on animals and they have a range of vegan items http://www.urbandecay.com/vegan.cfmand good on you that you wear vegan makeup animal testing should be stopped!i found one i think is fully vegan http://www.sevicosmetics.com/also ecco bella are vegan makeup but there lipglosses arent http://www.eccobella.com/index.php:)Sadie J. ...Show more
