Carmina Stickney: A corporation is neither an evil or a good thing, it is a form of business registration that allows individuals to incorporate a business under the requirements of law. The owners of any particular corporate entity may act in an ethical and legal (good) manner or conduct their business in an unethical or illegal (evil) manner, but that is human nature, not a condition inherent in the existence of a corporation.
Aubrey Tirri: Maybe the question is unclear. Corporations, take your pick, are business entities that are considered legally protected in a manner similar to an individual person. That would mean that they can have "rights" violated and, likewise, can lose no more than their investments with no criminal indictment for any wrongdoing they do.
