Stanton Degregorio: I live in what is called the United States an I study Capoeira de Angola. I have herd so called Martial Artist on this sight who say that they have been doing martial arts for 10 or 20 years saying that Capoeira is not an effective martial art. (This is a topic I may start) If you are looking at the "Capoeira" that jumps in the air and flips and goes real fast, then I would have to agree with them but I don't think that they have ever seen true Capoeira de Angola done by someone who knows more than just how to "play the game"...Show more

Jorge Gerrero: The liability coverage in your (or your parents') homeowners's or renter's insurance would cover any injuries. Special coverage is not necessary, but you may consider getting an extra layer of lia! bility coverage with an umbrella policy. A million dollars of coverage ! will run $150-$200 for the year.
Dalia Causby: I'm gonna fight tomorrow, what should I do be more prepared? Is there anything I can eat or do to get me more pumped or feel less pain. I know 1 day isn't going to make me a master but just wondering in order to help me a little bit.
Bianca Lannier: A good mix of fruits and vegatables will help, as well as a solid base of complex carbohydrates before the fight- you will feel far more pumped and energetic from that than from most any legal supplement.
Cole Desher: If I get a home wrestling mat to train with some buddies at my house would it be recommended to look into liability and stuff like that. Like if some one were to break there neck or some horrible accident. What do i need to do to be protected?
Fermin Tara: LOL. If you know there's going to be a fight, then why don't you just avoid it? If you knew a store is going to get robbed, would you still go to get groceries? If you know there's a fight a! nd you still go then you're just an idiot.

Evelin Turlich: yes you should get insurance for it. other wise if someone gets injured they can sue you and take everything you own including your house. waivers dont do crap for you in a court of law.you can find a ma insurance company in black belt magazine, it will cost about $500 per year just tell then you only have 10 students no more then that. you can find it cheaper. i think one of the main companies is called markel insurancehttp://www.martialartsinsuranc! e.com/Pages/default.......Show more
