Which do you prefer: natural beauty, or enhanced beauty?

Tyree Allenbrand: I feel a woman is very fortunate, if she can just be herself, and not have to wear much makeup, if any. I have a couple of friends who don't wear any, and one who wears the whole nine yards. I did untilthe prices of cosmetics went up as high as they are now. So I rarely use it, unless I am going out in public. And then nature needs somehelp, as far as I'm concerned. I'm a complete wash out, without it.Some of us, do need enhancement when we get up in years. Butbesides the cost, it is often too much of a hassle, coating and cover-ing natures' little flaws. So we only do it, when there's cause....Show more

Emile Okafor: I've seen both and since you 'extended' your Q , I have to say I'm sold on enhancing the extending of the beauty.

Mahalia Brindle: Natural

Dale Mccoun: natural beauty

Jonelle Eligio: Definitely natural.

Joey Mekeel: Natural. "Enhanced" beauty is anything but. Makeup is supposed to look as if you're not wearin! g any, but many women wear so much that it makes them look like a prostitute, or a clown. That is my view isn't extending anything.

Rodolfo Merel: Natural all the way -

Darnell Cutliff: Natural Beauty for sure :)

Patrick Bitsui: You cannot go wrong with natural beauty...you can always do little things to spruce it up...I was never one for artificial anything...especially length...you have got it all wrong. Girth is where it is at.,maybe...that is a consideration if there is a considerable problem ...still I say natural is best.

Amada Greising: What about the enhanced beauty that extends things

Dana Russian: sometimes we need a little help enhancement is great as long as it looks natural .I makes you feel better too. I had a boob job at 56 and I look alot more youthful . and there's nothing wrong with that.

Gregg Hagge: Enhanced beauty that makes you look natural to the max. If the second part of your question means breast implants -- NO!! They are linked to numerous health problems, some very serio! us. I know a lot of women who have them and eventually they came to hate them and were sorry they got them.

Amada Greising: I always opted for natural beauty when younger...found it fresher and more 'real' and I was blessed with good skin and radiance.HOWEVER...as I aged I found I had to 'enchance' that natural beauty! LOL

Forest Duttinger: I prefer enhanced beauty, meaning the use of cosmetics and hairstyling for women and good grooming for men. Even a flower garden looks better if you give thought to the display of the blossoms.Would you please give an example of enhanced beauty that extends things. Do you mean a protective cover or spotlighting, etc.? I'm confused, don't understand that part of your question....Show more

Clay Lipira: There a place for both. Example...my hair is naturally curly, but I "enhance" it by texturizing so I can get a comb through it and make it easier to style.

Elden Dedon: A little natural-looking enhancement is the! best way to go. Especially at our mature ages, as they say "when the goods have been in the shop window for a while, they get a bit faded ".....some nice soft lipstick and a swoop of mascara can make an attractive difference.I subscribe to the theory that we only have to look at ourselves once a day, but others have to see us all the time. We should give them a break, and present ourselves in an attractive manner. As for the "enhancement that extends things"....that 's between you and your doctor ! :-)...Show more

Darwin Ecton: Resi you are a bad girl, I didnt mean it that way.

Rhett Kaines: Beauty from within - it lasts a lifetime!

Queenie Ruthers: Natural beauty, I see so many young girls and they are beautiful, have great skin and they start putting all that make up and they really don't need any.So much prettier with out it.

Gerardo Greist: natural beautyI usually don't wear makeupWhen I do, it's after the guys knows what I look like without itI! don't want to impress with makeup and scare him away when I'm not wear! ing any....lol cause some girls do look decent with makeup and without it.. kinda frighteningif you give me a thumbs down.. well forget you :p...Show more

Moises Rupinski: depends how ugly the person is to start with. Enhanced beauty might be only answer in some cases.

Violette Vanek: depends on how ugly the person is i guess =/usually i prefer natural beauty because enhanced beauty is so fake

Dexter Dicostanzo: Defiantly natural

Jodie Capella: I don't think in most cases,make-up enhances beauty. If used,it should be sparingly. In a choice between natural and obvious made-up face, then natural

Tyler Burkman: natural

Rheba Cockman: Personally, I would prefer natural beauty, but sometimes nature has to have a little boost....and as far as enhanced beauty that 'extends' things? well......my nose is fine. That is what you meant, right? :)

Derrick Kloke: Natural!!! Enhanced beauty that extends things could be 1 of two things, on a woman, ! Hair extensions, or breast implants. I want none of that phony stuff on me! Now if you are talking about on a man, well, that is up to you. I still prefer natural.

Shelley Stevens: Well naturally one longs to be born with it.However, when that fades away or was never there in the first place, enhanced works just fine.Do you know my 80 something year old aunt just had her boobs done?I say:YEA, BABY!!!! You go girl!!!!...Show more

Bryan Avinger: I find it interesting that people who provided answers automatically assumed the question was related to cosmetic enhancement of their personal appearance. Why would no one consider a home placed in a natural setting (natural beauty) rather than in a setting that included landscaping( enhanced beauty )? Why was there no one to consider a mountain range in the distance ( natural beauty) versus a golf coarse professionally designed and landscaped ( enhanced beauty ) ? Is a land area protected from the changes that pro! gress and/ or commercialization as in a Federal or State Wilderness Area! ( natural beauty) more appealing than a well planned city or perhaps Disney World ( enhanced beauty) ? Is this an example of the thinking common to people living in a rural setting versus people living in an urban area ? I prefer the natural beauty of a crisp morning out in a Southwest Texas Pasture with Deer grazing and Cottontails, as still as the cactus that surrounds them while you pass by, and the Dove and Bobwhite Quail calling in the distance. The well planned cities with their beautifully manicured parks and well maintained neighborhoods are also beautiful. There are millions of people who prefer this environment. It is good....Show more

Shaquita Wernicki: Natural

Jannette Kotz: Natural, of course! It's simply cool to be yourself whether you're ugly or pretty cause there won't be another YOU!

Janita Tetlow: Depends. A well done enhancement can be better than a poor gift from nature.
