value 1983 mobile home remodel?

Barrett Zheng: Right now, hard to say. My 1986 Holly MANUFACTURED home with a lifetime roof and other improvements won't get my money out of it. Reason: age. Even though it has triple pane house windows, I am asking $2,000 less than I paid for it five years ago, and will never get the $7,000 from the roof and other improvements out of it. It is a nice family park.

Christopher Calcano: Sorry but not very much they DEPRECIATE every year and it is still 24 years old. Im sure you spent more than it worth. Also it depends if it a single or double wide, if its a single then maybe $2000. It like how much is a 24 year old car worth that runs good, not much.

Rachell Meese: Mobile home - it's almost 25 years old. They don't go up in value, regardless of the remodeling, they only DEPRECIATE. And a 25 year old mobile home is worth - not much. That's why most insurance companies don't want to insure one that old. Regardless of how good it looks on the inside, these th! ings eventually just rust out, and get to the point where they CAN'T be repaired.

Tosha Tawney: not much unfortunately. Mobile homes never hold value. I think the price goes down 50% as soon as someone steps foot in it.
