Alisa Kaleiwahea: You should tell her to scan the machine with malwarebytes (malwarebytes.org) and go through some of the addons in IE. Start by disabling addons to see if she can find the culprit (tools -> manage add-ons). Also, she should check to see if there are any proxy settings are enabled (btw they should be disabled). Dont listen to the firefox fanboys, they're just too lazy to actually fix anything on their computer, so they say use Firefox.
Barton Slisz: Internet Explorer sucks, Firefox is much better.
